Glazed balconies for high quality London development
The development on London’s Batavia Road involved the redevelopment of outdated 1980s industrial sheds into modern office and retail space with housing above.
The project provided 144 homes in three blocks ranging from two to 11 storeys in height with views over the recently upgraded Fordham Park, which is designated Metropolitan Open Land.
